Attention - Class of 2020

Sophomores!!  Josten's will be in the Small Gym on Wednesday, October 25th to discuss the ordering process for class rings.  This meeting will begin at 11:15 a.m.  Interested sophomores will be dismissed for this presentation.  Josten's will be back to take and assist with orders on October 31st and November 1st. 

Tri-Valley College & Career Fair

Granada High School is proud to be hosting the 2017 Tri-Valley College and Career Fair on Tuesday, October 17 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Tri-Valley students and their parents are invited to meet with representatives from; UCs, CSUs, Community Colleges, Private Colleges, Out of State Colleges, Technical Schools, Military & ROTC, Apprenticeships. Flyer

IB Info Night 10/25

Freshmen and sophomore students and their parents who are interested in learning more about Granada’s International Baccalaureate (IB) program are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 25th from 6:30-7:30 in the Little Theater.  Topics will include: the IB diploma program, course offerings, earning college credit through IB coursework, and information from IB teachers. We look forward to seeing you there!

Science Festival 2017

Hosted by the College of Science at Cal State East Bay

(FREE admission, FREE parking, NO registration required!)

Saturday, October 28, 2017, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

North & South Science buildings and Valley Business & Technology Center (Directions)


Approximately 50 activities are scheduled, with demonstrations, experiments, hands-on-activities, exhibits, lectures and much much more. Participation by everyone is encouraged, especially by school-age children.  Everyone – young and old – can experience the wonders of science. Seniors are invited to attend a Personal Insight Question Workshop at lunch on Friday, October 20th in Ms. Jost’s room, 509.  An admissions representative from UC Berkeley is leading the workshop and will give recommendations on responding to the UC Personal Insight Questions.  See you there!
